Andrew James Molzhon (born November 7, 1984) is an Polish-American professional wrestler, He is best known for his tenure in FCW and WWE NXT under the ring name Jacob Novak currently linked to the Independent Circuit.
He has also performed with WWE NXT where he was a competitor in NXT Season 4 and NXT Redemption. He had feuds with Johnny Curtis, Derrick Bateman and other participants.

WWE (2010–2011)[edit]
Florida Championship Wrestling[edit]
At his debut he faced Eli Cottonwood in a losing effort. His losing streak continued losing to the likes of Big E Langston, Leo Kruger, Titus O'Neil, Yoshi Tatsu and Xavier Woods but finally came to an end when he defeated Xavier Woods.He once again lost to Percy Watson and then to Richie Steamboat. He then formed an alliance with Jinder Mahal. On the December 4 tapings of FCW the pair were defeated by Richie Steamboat and Seth Rollins and were defeated by then FCW Florida Tag team champions Wes Brisco and Xavier Woods. In 2011, he was part of Six Man battle royal won by Abraham Washington also including Brodus Clay, Byron Saxton, Conor O'Brian and Derrick Bateman. On 20th, January he was defeated by Donny Marlow. On the 3rd, February tapings of FCW he defeated Calvin Raines and Xavier Woods in a Triple Threat Match.He particpited in an FCW Battle royal won by Brodus Clay also including Bo Rotundo, Byron Saxton, Calvin Raines, Derrick Bateman, Johnny Curtis, Richie Steamboat and Seth Rollins.He played his final match in FCW as a gauntlet match won by Bo Rotundo also including Bobby Dutch, Brett DiBiase, Jinder Mahal and Lucky Cannon.
NXT[edit]
Novak made his debut in WWE NXT with a defeat from his rival Johnny Curtis.He then defeated Johnny Curtis in a 5-minute timer match. Novak was first exposed to mainstream television on WWE NXT season 4. He competed in the fourth season, mentored by Dolph Ziggler. He began to alienate his pro by flirting with his kayfabe girlfriend Vickie Guerrero. Novak was also defeated by Brodus Clay. Due to this, after Ziggler won a competition where the pro who wins could switch his rookie. Ziggler exclaimed that he never liked Novak, and he exchanged him for Byron Saxton. Chris Masters became his new pro,but Novak was voted off NXT that same night. Novak returned in the 5th season, Redemption, where rookies from previous seasons were issued new pros. The victor would be able to compete in the sixth season and be able to choose their own pros. Novak was paired up with JTG.
Then Byron Saxton defeated Jacob Novak on 4 January tapings of NXT. On 1st march He and Saxton were defeated by Conor O'Brian and Derrick Bateman. On 28 March He, Darren Young and Lucky Cannon lost to Byron Saxton,Conor O'Brian and Titus O'Neil. On 12 April He defeated Byron Saxton and On 19 April He was defeated by Conor O'Brian. On 26 April tapings he and his pro JTG defeated Conor O'Brian and his pro Vladimir Kozlov. Novak began hassling William Regal, and JTG prevented the two from getting into a fight. Novak finally faced Regal on the May 10, 2011 edition of NXT Redemption, which Regal won when Novak Submitted to the Ankle Lock. On the May 17 edition of NXT, Novak was voted off of the competition.
On June 13, 2011, Novak was released from his contract along with Michael Tarver, Buck Dixon, Buddy Stetcher, and Ethan Levin.
