Jacob Sumana (born June 23, 1990), also known professionally as Sumana Fit, is a Danish fitness model and men’s physique competitor. His most recent victory was the 2014 Loaded Cup.[1][2]
Early life[edit]
Sumana was born in Copenhagen, Denmark. Raised by a Danish native mother. From the age of 5, he was involved in competitive sports: soccer, basketball, boxing, and he was awarded a scholarship playing football. He then suffered from joint injuries, forcing him to quit playing football. Being away from competitive sports and the gym for a year he re-emerged into the fitness lifestyle, now with the purpose to reach the peak of athleticism, muscularity, and overall symmetry.
In April 2012, his training partner's coach suggested that he enter his first body building tournament, the Loaded Cup in Denmark.[3] Since then Sumana has had a successful competitive career travelling all around the world. He is an advocate for education, and has several fitness & health certifications along with a degree in Physical Therapy.[1][4]
