Jadi Tention was the number 1 ranked kickboxer in the world in 2012.[citation needed]
Competition
Tention was the winner of the light heavyweight championship at the New England Open.[1] He lost to Steve Barbok in the heavyweight championship a few years later.[2] Another year he won the 177–189 lbs division at the Boston International Open.[3] After a run and thought to be the next best thing, Steve "Nasty" Anderson said that Tention dropped out of sight.[4]
