The Jahrbuch des öffentlichen Rechts der Gegenwart (JöR) (German: Yearbook of Contemporary Public Law) is a German legal magazine. It is published annually by Mohr Siebeck. It was founded in 1907 and published until 1938/39. The Neue Folgen (German: New Editions) have been published since 1951. Editors included Gerhard Leibholz and Hermann von Mangoldt, and, for over thirty years, Peter Häberle. Since 2015, it has been edited by Susanne Baer, Oliver Lepsius, Christoph Schönberger, Christian Waldhoff, and Christian Walter. The periodical includes essays on constitutional developments in almost all states of the world.
