Jal Shah [1](Nepali: जल शाह) is a Nepali actress who is a very famous actress of Nepalref>"Jal Shah". filmnepal.com.</ref>[2][3] She currently stays in USA . She is a very popular Nepali actress. She started her career with a religious movie named Shreeswasthani in 1994 in which she had a small role. She made her debut in commercial movie called Avatar (Incarnation) in 1996 when she was 14 years old.
The movie was directed by Prakash Sayami. Since then, she has acted in over 50 Nepali movies. Her first super-hit Kollywood movie in which she had a leading role was the 1998 movie Thuldai starring another very popular actor Shiva Shrestha. One of the movie songs in particular ("Suna Suna Sanam.") was extremely loved by viewers. Jal Shah has incredible range. With various characters ranging from a simple village girl, a complete housewife, and even a modern girl. But she is best known for her emotional roles.
