Jalal Movaghar

Mirza Jalal Movaghar (Persian: جلال موقر) was a Persian politician. He was the mayor of Khoramshahr (345,807 inhabitants on 2006 and more inhabitants before Islamic Revolution of Iran) in the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 16th National Consultative Assembly.[1]
