Mirza Jalal Movaghar (Persian: جلال موقر) was a Persian politician. He was the mayor of Khoramshahr (345,807 inhabitants on 2006 and more inhabitants before Islamic Revolution of Iran) in the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 16th National Consultative Assembly.

Jalal had to work from childhood 11 years old . He became a business man of export and import of dates . His boats went to Europe and USA from Golfe Arabo-Persian.
Career[edit | edit source]
He became Mayor and Governor of the town Khoramshahr after his marriage of virginity with Fatmeh Bibi Movaghar. Fatmeh's father Hossein Khan Movaghar was Ambassador and Senator of Iran in Germany . He propose him work as Governor and his name "Movaghar" after Reza Shah.
