James Everett Dutschke is a former intelligence operative turned political operative who some believe was involved in several notable controversial affairs including the 2013 ricin attacks against a US Senator and US President Obama.[2]

Career
In 1997 Dutschke became a technical officer serving intelligence agencies and contract firms. Later Secretary of State records show him as an intelligence contractor, consultant and CEO of AONmedia Corp.[3] (which included newspaper, telecom and satellite companies) beginning in 2001.
His brief marriage to heiress Annette Washington ended shortly after a serious 2002 injury left him unable to teach or train and the forced sale of his subsidiary company, eLocity Isat ISP, soon followed. By 2005, Dutschke resumed training and teaching and simultaneously launched a newspaper in Tupelo, Mississippi which took a political bent in editorials in the lead-up to his candidacy and political campaign, beginning in 2007, for the House of Representatives against a 30-year incumbent who won. Following that, an insurance/brokerage firm was added to his corporate holdings.
Music
In 2009, Dutschke's musical interests were pursued more seriously. Under the band name "Robodrum", Dutschke was twice nominated for an "Indie" (2012/13), toured nationally, and released two musical albums to critical acclaim ("String Theory" and "Big Bad Wolf")[4] and his music featured on television, movies, commercials, and compilation albums ("Gods of Indie Guitar 2011").[5]

Special Prosecution and Conviction - Developing a Biological Weapon
In 2013, the FBI claimed that President Obama, Senator Roger Wicker and a Mississippi judge were targeted using ricin-laced letters. The original suspect (an anti-CIA, anti-government conspiracy theorist named Paul Kevin Curtis) was arrested but then later released after denying any knowledge whatsoever of any assassination plot, yet still publicly blamed Dutschke. The released suspect, Curtis, had also previously publicly blamed Dutschke as being a cover-up agent for a separate conspiratorial claim, voicing frustration with Dutschke, US Senator Roger Wicker and President Obama for failing to listen to him.[2][9][10]
Dutschke was then accused by the Obama Administration of developing the claimed deadly chemical weapon of assassination, ricin, and arrested. Using a rare, special presidential power invoking national security called a SAM Order (28 CFR 501 .2/.3), the Obama Administration's Attorney General, Eric Holder, and the National Security Division of the Department of Justice prosecuted Dutschke under that SAM for violating the international treaty against the development of biological weapons, while silencing Dutschke and his attorney from any and all contact and communication with any person, including the press. The special SAM prosecution is considered controversial, in part, because the executive order (SAM) prevented all communication by or on Dutschke’s behalf[11] and the reported product of the case (ricin) is legally explicitly defined as a Chemical Weapon (by treaty, statute and regulation) and is not a biological weapon (CWCIA)[12]. No reasonable explanation has ever been given as to why the wrong statute, enforcing an entirely different treaty, was allowed in court in the high-profile, controversial case.
Despite Dutschke’s continued insistence of innocence, he was convicted in May, 2014 and sentenced to 25 years (via a legal mechanism called an Alford Plea) for Developing a Biological Weapon, then sent to the specialized National Security Unit inside the USADX Supermax prison and disallowed any communication.[13][14][15]
