James Schumacher

John Richard "Dicky" Schumacher (17 November 1863 London, England - 23 June 1933) was a English international football referee.[1]
Career[edit]
He officiated 6 international friendly matches in 1909–1914.[2] and others were in friendly matches.
He was President of the Referees Association in England in 1932-1933.[3]
