Jamieson Laboratories
Jamieson Laboratories is one of Canada's oldest and largest manufacturer and distributor of natural vitamins, minerals, concentrated food supplements, herbs and botanical medicines. The company's President and Chief Executive Officer, Vic Neufeld, said in an interview about the company's history, "Our company has evolved from pharmaceuticals to vitamins, and core nutritionals from the 1940s. Growth for us has really been in the last 20 years, when we started to focus strongly on the Canadian consumer, who was desirous of taking health into their own hands."[1] According to Nicholas Hall & Company, "Jamieson markets presentations of all the main vitamin and herbal ingredients in addition to many condition-specific multi-ingredient herbal formulations."[2]
