Jamol Kamol People's Poet of Uzbekistan (1992)[1]. Graduated from Bukhara Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Philology (1959). He worked as the executive secretary of the Bukhara regioanal branch of the Writer's (1970-72), a graduate student researcher at the Institute of Language and Literature of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan (1972-86).[2]
