Jan Zoet (21 April 1958 – 14 December 2024) was a Dutch theatre director of Rotterdamse Schouwburg (1998–2013), Academy of Theatre and Dance (2013–2020) and Zuiderstrandtheater (2020–2023).
Life and career
Born in Oude Wetering on 21 April 1958, Zoet studied at Leiden University. He worked as a theatre critic, and during the 1980s and 1990s was also a playwright and producer.[1]
Zoet died from a brain tumour in Amsterdam, on 14 December 2024, at the age of 66.[2]
