Jason Ferrante
Jason Ferrante is an American tenor[1][2] and vocal coach.[3][4]
Early life and education
Born in Baltimore, Maryland[5], Ferrante holds Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from The Juilliard School[6] where he studied voice with Beverley Peck Johnson[7]. He also studied at Wolf Trap Opera[8], at Aspen Music Festival, and Tanglewood[9].
Vocal Coaching
Ferrante currently serves as a vocal consultant and faculty member to the young artists programs at Wolf Trap Opera[10], Minnesota Opera, Florentine Opera[11], Portland Opera[12], Pensacola Opera[13], Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity[14], Brevard Music Center[15] and Nashville Opera[16][17]. He serves as a judge for Denver Lyric Opera Guild's Competition for Colorado Singers[18].
