Javier Bezares Garrido (born December 01, 1992) is a Spanish politician from Union, Progress and Democracy and musician teacher

Javier Bezares[1] was born in 1992 in a town of l'Horta Sud, Quart de Poblet, Valencia. Active member of Union Progress and Democracy since the European elections of 2014.In 2016 was elected member of the National Direction of UPYD. The candidacy, led by Gorka Maneiro was supported by 83.2% of members [2]. The Ordinary Congress of UPYD held in January 2017 aimed to elect the new leaders of the party, winning the candidacy led by Cristiano Brown and Bezares [3]. To this Congress concurred two candidacies to form the new Direction of the Party. From his position as number two of UPYD has criticized youth unemployment [4] as the situation that is living the people of Venezuela [5]. Also it has criticized harshly the blackmailings realized by independence students and teachers in Cataluña [6] as well as the spectacle lived in the gala of Eurovision Objective [7], obliging to position in this regard three of the main political parties in Spain: PSOE, PP and Podemos. He has also attended demonstrations in favor of pensions and to claim a more European Union solidarity.
