Jeftimije Damjanović

Jeftimije Damjanović was a Serbian Orthodox bishop of Raška in the 1730s.He was also a professor at a seminary and a high-ranking cleric during the Serbian migrations north, into Habsburg-controlled territories.There they established the Serbian Militia along the banks of the Danube River at the border with the Ottoman Empire.
