Jekyll & Hyde is a film project in development as of 2019, based on Frank Wildhorn's 1997 musical of the same name, which in turn is based on the novel Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson.
Plot[edit]
A London legal practitioner named Gabriel John Utterson who investigates strange occurrences between his old friend, Dr Henry Jekyll, and the evil Edward Hyde.

Development[edit]
On January 21, 2013, Mike Medavoy and Rick Nicita acquired the film rights to Frank Wildhorn’s musical Jekyll & Hyde, but the rights lapsed.[1] On March 19, 2019, Alexander Dinelaris and Richard Saperstein acquired the rights and Dinelaris writing the script.[2]
