Jesca Wilfredy Macha (Born 9th September 1997) commonly known as Jesca Wilfredy is a Tanzanian Entrepreneur, Businesswoman and socialites. She is the founder and CEO of Black Chagga Fashion.[1][2] Jesca is cited as one of the most influential women entrepreneurs in Tanzania through social media.[3][4][5][6]
Early life and education[edit]
Born 9th September 1997 in Moshi, Kilimanjaro and raised in Arusha district where she spent her childhood and had her secondary education at Kaloleni Secondary school in 2013. She hold a degree in Library and Science Information from Moshi Co-operative University (MOCU).[1]
History[edit]
Jesca started by run small businesses while in her university studies in 2018, Moshi where she was selling cosmetics and other small products which did not give her much income at the time.
in 2019, she started a clothing business called Black Chagga Fashion which was selling women's and men's clothing through social media.[7][8][2] In 2020, she moved back to Arusha and launch her first retail shop and later on expand more outlets across Tanzania regions.[8] Jesca is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Black Chagga Fashion but also an investor in the Tanzanian music business.[9][10]
