Jessica Nilete Coward (née Maldonado; born August 28, 1985) is a Puerto Rican – American actress and former competitive amateur boxer. She is a two time Philadelphia Golden Gloves Champion[1][2] and one time Eastern Regional and Pennsylvania State Champion.
Coward is the featured boxer and assistant trainer in Coach Rick's Mastering the Art of Technical Mittwork DVDs. On season 12 episode 31 of MTV's MADE Coward co-starred as assistant trainer[3] alongside James Ricky Coward in helping make Derek Frazier, the youngest son of Smokin' Joe Frazier, a boxer.

Personal life[edit]
Coward was born and raised in Queens, New York to Puerto Rican parents. Coward moved to New Jersey at the age of 14 with her family and at the age of 20 she began boxing at a local YMCA. In 2007 Coward began training and competing under boxing trainer James Ricky Coward.[5] She won 2 consecutive Golden Gloves titles in 2008 and 2009. In 2009 Coward won the Eastern Regional and Pennsylvania State Championships.
