Jill Carolyn Gloster OBE is the Chief Commissioner of Wales for The Scout Association.[1]
Gloster was appointed as Chief Commissioner of Wales in July 2011. She was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2015 New Year Honours for services to the Scouting Movement in Wales.[2][3]
