Jimmy Clare is an American motivational speaker, podcast host, wellness advocate, and founder of the brand and podcast CrazyFitnessGuy. Clare, who is autistic, created the brand to promote inclusive wellness and fitness education tailored for neurodivergent individuals.
Early life and education
Clare was born in Millburn, New Jersey. He was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, nonverbal learning disorder, and spinal stenosis in childhood. He also underwent nine ear surgeries and was subjected to bullying throughout his school years. Despite these challenges, Clare developed a passion for health and fitness as a means of self-empowerment.
He is currently pursuing a media studies degree at a community college and is training for a black belt at Tiger Schulmann's Martial Arts.
Career

In 2017, Clare founded CrazyFitnessGuy, a health and wellness brand that promotes fitness and mental well-being "through autistic eyes."[1] The brand offers motivational content, fitness tips, podcast episodes, and blog articles focused on building healthy habits.
The CrazyFitnessGuy® Show, launched in 2020, is a weekly podcast hosted by Clare. It features interviews with experts and unscripted commentary on mental health, wellness, and autism. Clare also hosts live video content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.
