Jishnu Balakrishnan (born 9 October 1998) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a right back for the Kerala Blasters in the Indian Super League.[2] Jishnu hails from Kavungal, Malappuram district of Kerala[3].

Early career[edit]
Jishnu was a Defender in Gokulam FC and also played for Malappuram U-21 team earlier. He has represented Kerala in the Santhosh Trophy South zone matches[4].
Kerala Blasters[edit]
On 19 June 2017, Jishnu has been included in the Kerala Blasters Squad along with Sahal Abdul Samad.[5] They have agreed on a three-year agreement with Blasters. Jishnu was selected to Blasters squad from Gokulam FC [6].
