Jithu Madhavan is an Indian film director and script writer, who works in Malayalam cinema. He made his debut as director and writer with Romancham. He started his career as an assistant director with the movie Utopiayile Rajavu. He also worked as assistant director for movies Utopiayile Rajavu, Guppy, Maradona and Ambili. His second directorial work was Avesham, which is also written by him.

Personal life

Jithu is from Kottayam, Kerala. He did his schooling at Bappuji English Medium High School, Koothattukulam. After which he pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree in Bangalore. Jithu married Shifna in 2023 at Bangalore.
