Jo Narbett

Jo Narbett is a British businesswomen who has owned multiple public houses of local and national acclaim.[1][2][3]

Career[edit]

In 2000, Jo Narbett acquired The Bell and Cross Pub with her husband Roger, elevating it to 'Heart of England Pub of the Year'. The pub also won 'County Dining Pub of the Year' for Worcestershire. In 2010, it was named Pub of the Year by The Good Pub Guide, which said; "Everything at this charming place makes sure you come away feeling you've had a really special time; super food, staff with a can-do attitude, a delightful interior and pretty garden". Roger and Jo Narbett left the pub in 2015.[4]

In 2004, she acquired The Chequers Inn with her husband, which was recognised as one of Worcestershire’s most popular gastro pubs under their leadership. In 2022, Roger and Jo Narbett sold The Chequers Inn.[5]
