Jock Purtle is an Australian businessman and entrepreneur. He specializes in valuations of internet companies and website brokerage. He is currently the CEO of Digital Exits, an internet brokerage firm.[1]
Early life and career
Jock's first experience with entrepreneurship began when he assisted his father in the family's valuation and auction businesses at age 10. Later, he launched his first company while in college.[2][3] Leveraging his experience in business valuations and sales, Jock started Brokercorp.com in 2011, which evolved into Digital Exits. [4] The firm assists website entrepreneurs in preparing their online businesses for sale and connects sellers with suitable investors.[5][6] Jock has been interviewed and quoted in various media outlets, including Forbes and CNBC.[7][8] Jock was also ranked second in the Australian Global Student Entrepreneur Awards.[9]
