Joe Hart of KNRV
Joe Hart is an American television news anchor and investigative journalist based in Reno, Nevada. He serves as the evening news anchor for KRNV (News 4) and has been with the station since 1997.[1]
Early life and education
Hart is a native of the Bay Area.[1] He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.[2]
Career
Hart's journalism career took him from Santa Rosa, California, to the Pacific Northwest, and to Las Vegas, before settling in Reno.[1] Prior to joining KRNV, he worked for KOLO in Reno before leaving for KLAS in Las Vegas in 1995.[3]
KRNV
Hart joined KRNV News 4 on March 17, 1997, initially working as a reporter before advancing to the main anchor position.[3] He anchors the evening newscasts at 4, 5, and 6 PM.[2] Hart developed a regular on-air segment called "Ask Joe," where he answers viewer questions and investigates issues brought to his attention by the community.[2]

Personal life
Hart resides in Reno with his two children, Will and Emilee.[1] In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his children.[1]
