John DePass
John DePass is a Canadian bodybuilder and Professional Fitness Trainer. His background includes provincial level soccer, National level racquetball, OFSA level sprinter, Martial arts, Boxing, Semi Pro Football, Yoga, Tai-Chi and international level Bodybuilding.
DePass studied Kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He was certified by the Canadian Personal Training Network in 1993. An anatomy teacher at the Alexadrian Institute for Massage Therapy, he opened the first private personal training studio in Hamilton in 1997 and now owns and operates Hi-End Personal Trainers in Burlington, Ontario.
By age 20 John dePass was junior provincial body building champion. In 1994 he was the youngest competitor and the Canadian representative at the Mr. Universe[disambiguation needed] competition in Guam. In 1997 he won the North American Middle weight bodybuilding championships earning him his professional status.
