John H. Hughes is an American interdisciplinary educator, surgeon, and retired naval officer. Hughes is also a Fulbright Senior Scholar and Director in the Nanotechnology Cluster of Arizona. In addition, Hughes is an Adjunct Professor of Surgery serving the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland.[1][2]
