Johnny English (civil servant)

Johnny English was an American civil servant. A member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), he served as its Secretary-Treasurer[1] until his death, which was caused by an elderly age.[2] The organisation itself described English as the "greatest Secretary-Treasurer" it had encountered.[3]
