Johren is a gaming platform that opened in July 2020, offering a variety of genres of games, including browser games, downloadable PC games, and games for smartphones.[1] The company offers online games from Japan and other countries in English and Chinese, and operates websites for all ages and for adults featuring English-localized versions of the massively popular Kamihime Project, Magicami, Versus Tales and over 100 premium Japanese games.[2] Johren's leading game titles include Touken Ranbu, DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme Venus Vacation and Taimanin Asagi, which are all free-to-play with gacha elements that players can use the credits on and receive Premium in-game items.[3] In addition to free-to-play games, Johren also has a large selection of "premium games" that can be downloaded for a fee.[4]
