Jonah Rock is an Australian professional wrestler. He has wrestled internationally in Australia, the United States and also Japan, where he currently wrestles for Wrestle Rampage and Melbourne City Wrestling. He is best known for his appearances in Pro Wrestling Noah and was a part of the Australian stable, The Mighty Don't Kneel. He is presently a member of SexRock with Elliot Sexton and the South Australian Serial Killers with Hartley Jackson.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]

Jonah toured extensively with Pro Wrestling Noah throughout 2013-2015.

Jonah took part in a WWE tryout camp in Melbourne on the 2016[14]
Pro Wrestling Guerrilla[edit]
On 11 July 2017, Rock was announced as a participant in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's 2017 Battle of Los Angeles tournament.[15] This would be Rock's North American debut. He was eliminated from the tournament in the first round on 1 September by Zack Sabre Jr.[16] He returned to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla at All Star Weekend 13 in a losing effort against Keith Lee on Night 1[17] followed by his first win in the company against fellow Australian, Adam Brooks, on Night 2.[18]
