Jonathon Zemek is an American Songwriter and Guitarist. Zemek co-founded Austin, TX based soul/funk/rock band Soul Track Mind in 2008 and was a constant member and co-writer until the bands conclusion in 2016. While active Soul Track Mind released four full length albums as well as a number of singles. Soul Track Mind became an Austin, TX staple after taking over a residency at the east side club TC's Lounge where they began logging over 80 shows between 2008 and 2010. Soul Track Mind toured much of the United States and acted as opening support for a number of acts including David Crosby, Enrique Iglesias, Tower of Power, Charles Bradley, Pat Green and Lady Antebellum. During Soul Track Mind's active years they were featured in many publications including the Huffington Post, The New York Times, Texas Monthly Magazine, Texas Music Magazine, The Austin Chronicle, and others. Soul Track Mind's gigs of note include playing SXSW Festival, Wakarusa Festival, and the 2015 Texas Governor's Inaugural Ball.

After Soul Track Mind concluded in 2016, Jonathon Zemek began work on other musical projects. In 2018 he released his rock opera entitled "Hillcrest". The Rock styled album was officially released September 20, 2018 and included a graphic novel that depicted the story of "Hillcrest". The album's official launch was held at Wizard World's Comic Con in Austin, TX. The album was very successful and was accredited in multiple publications including Austin Monthly Magazine, The Austin Chronicle, Vents Magazine, No Depression, and others. The album was also featured on numerous news stories and radio shows including: Fox 7 Austin, KEYE TV, 90.5 KUTX, KOOP "What's New" Show with Tracey Schulz, and others. The "Hillcrest" project also drew acclaim for the comic book artwork that was created by Austin, TX based Artist Chris Rogers. Rogers was accredited for bringing the Hillcrest story to life, and creating the visual appearances of the characters.

Zemek is currently in the studio recording his 2nd solo album which is due for release late 2019.
