Jorrit van der Kooi (1972 - ) was an interviewer and Dutch radio host. He is known for an interview with George C. Nichopoulos, the doctor of Elvis Presley.
In 1979, George C. Nichopoulos was shot in the chest while watching a football game; he was not seriously injured. No suspect was ever arrested. Nichopoulos claimed it must have been an angry Elvis fan.
