Production[edit]

The film was announced in July 2018, and from there, things moved at a rapid pace. Scripts were written, locations scouted, and the crew started imagining the film in their mind’s eye. The exceptional cast of Victor Banerjee and Subrat Dutta decided to star in the film while the technical crew had Sudheer Palsane (Cinematography), Sukant Panigrahy (Art direction) and Vaidehi Krishnan (Costume designer) join the team. They were all excited to bring this film to life.

Production began on October 1, 2018 in Ranikhet, Uttarakhand. With generous assistance from the local Catholic church and Mahadev Homestay, as well as a host of local technical and acting talent, production was completed in a brisk 22 days.

Post production of the film began in November 2018, with the talents of the late Chakradhar Sahu and Sujata Narula editing, Manas Ranjan Choudhary doing sound design, and Malay Ray handling DI. The initial cut of the film was ready by the end of February of 2019. Given Susant's pedigree on the festival circuit, submissions began in earnest. Work continued, and at the end of May, the final cut of the film was ready. The result is tight, unrelenting character drama that clocks in at 100 minutes.
