Joseph "Papo" Besson III [1] (born July 18, 1984) is an American music executive and manager from Brentwood, New York. He is the current Vice President of Operations for Beets & produce inc.,[2] a multi-platinum and Grammy award winning production company headed by founder and President Printz Board.

Career[edit]

In 2009, Papo had started his own online magazine www.Nilifmag.com. Through entertainment relationships. Nilif Magazine, which stands for Nothing In Life Is Free Magazine, was the source of interviews of Esther Baxter,[3] Mic Geronimo, Josh Xantus,[4] DJ Skribble, and Macy Gray

Papo was informally managing the affairs Production company Black Diamondz Music Group but formally took the role and moved to Los Angeles, California, in early 2011. Prior to Papo making his move to Los Angeles, he was assisting Julian Warshaw, the creative director for Artist Publishing Group/Atlantic Records, in finding new talent and getting songs placed with already established artist. In making that move to Los Angeles he also took on role as Vice President of Operations for Beets & Produce Inc. which is a production company headed by Printz Board based in Los Angeles. Beets and Produce, Inc. has scored feature films, commercials, TV movies and of course made musical history creating hits with artists like, Macy Gray, John Legend, Shakira, The Black Eyed Peas, Keke Palmer, Backstreet Boys, Cassie Davis, Natasha Bedingfield, Rebekah White, Fergie, Katy Perry, will.i.am, and Busta Rhymes.

In 2012 Joseph Papo Besson has rendered his consulting services to such acts as Award winning Actress Keke Palmer, Megaupload Founder Kim Dotcom, and is currently managing Super Producer Sam Sneed notable for producing for Jay-Z, 50 Cent, and Dr. Dre.
