Life and education[edit]
Born in Antibes south of France, Joseph Italiano attended Art classes from his young age, he was an active member of different artists associations. He currently exhibits and teaches his art in the south of France.
Artwork[edit]
His artwork presents mainly expressive portraits painted in black and white charcoal. He chose this media because it lets an infinity of effects and emotions when mastered.
The artist's technique consists in capturing a figure emotion through a detail of the face and developing his artwork around this detail : eye, nose, ear, or lips.
The French artist is participating to multiple groups exhibitions mostly in France, and is present on social networks as emerging artist.
