Joseph McCabe (born December 30, 1992) is an American entrepreneur, real estate broker, veteran of the US Army Military Police Corps, and author.[1] He is widely recognized as the founder and CEO of The Surefire Group, a US-based company listed among the Inc. 5000 ranking,[2] which has interests in multiple real estate brokerages, mortgage companies, insurance companies, and home care companies, with over 80 real assets.[3][4]

Career[edit]

McCabe is the managing partner in multiple home care agencies and has many Private equity investments in the tech, AI, Agriculture, and healthcare spaces. He is also a veteran of the US Army Military Police Corps 348th CID Unit Out of Fort Dix and a Philadelphia native. He is a founding member of the National Museum of the Army at Fort Belvoir, VA, a founding partner and youngest member of R360, and the co-chair of R360’s Rising Lea.[1]

McCabe has been featured on multiple national podcasts including The Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever show with Joe Fairless, Rod Kleif’s show Life Time Cashflow Through Real Estate Investing, Dropping Bombs with Brad Lea, and Pat Hiban’s Real Estate Rockstars. McCabe is also a board member of Aerial Recovery, which trains and deploys Humanitarian Special Operators to effectively respond to natural disasters, and man-made disasters, and combat sex trafficking. Ariel comprises veterans and first responders and tackles some of the most difficult rescue and response missions across the globe.[4]

McCabe currently bases his professional workplace at the Surefire Group, a private equity firm that currently operates in home health care, title insurance, mortgage brokering, real estate brokering, and commercial cleaning services. He founded his first RE/MAX franchise and business in 2016.[3]
