Josephine Oboh MacLeod Charity (SCIO) Also Known as JOM Charity is a Scotland, United Kingdom registered charity.[1]
JOM Charity uses Arts, Craft, Design, Culture, Heritage and Entertainment to raise funds for other charities or organisations and promote the Well-being of Communities in the United Kingdom and internationally.[2][3]
The charity Pioneered the use of The arts And Entertainment to promote well-being in Scottish Communities.[4]
Jom charity is the only charitable organization in Scotland to create inter-relationship between the African, Scottish people and other communities, using artistry.[5]
History And Activities
JOM was founded by Josephine Oboh Macleod. It uses Arts, Craft, Design, Culture, Heritage and Entertainment to promote the well-being of Communities and raise funds for other charities, organizations and other causes in the United Kingdom and internationally.[6][7][8] [3]
Jom charity activities are funded through donations, National Lottery Community Fund, Museums Galleries Scotland etc.[9][10]
JOM charity aim is building stronger relationships between African, Scottish, BAME and other communities in Scotland through its charitable activities.[4]
