Refugee Community Kitchen
Thanks Bkissin - well, they were reviewed on a an episode of the Guilty Feminist Podcast one time, but I don't suppose we can really cite that! Not a lot of news coverage of them I can see. A shame, but what can you do? - SkandaPanda (talk) 10:52, 27 July 2019 (UTC)
Refugee Community Kitchen or RCK is an organisation working to support migrants and displaced people in the UK and Northern France, specifically Calais and Dunkirk. It is registered as a restricted fund with a charity number, and is entirely volunteer-run and donation-funded.[1] Its stated mission is to feed people with dignity.
RCK was created in 2015 to support displaced people living around Calais and Dunkirk, and has since expanded its area of operations. Its London outreach began in 2016.[2]
