Josh Winegarner is an American politician from the state of Texas. He is a Republican candidate in the 2020 elections seeking to represent Texas's 13th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives.

Winegarner is from Spearman, Texas. He earned his bachelor's degree from McMurry University. He served as a legislative aide for U.S. Senators Phil Gramm and John Cornyn. Winegarner worked for the Texas Cattle Feeders Association for 14 years.[1][2]

Winegarner ran for the United States House of Representatives for Texas's 13th congressional district in the 2020 elections as a Republican Party. He advanced to a runoff election against Ronny Jackson.[3]

Winegarner and his wife, Jenni, have two children. They live in Canyon, Texas.[1]
