Joshua Reznicow

Joshua Reznicow is an American composer, director, and string teacher from Minneapolis–Saint Paul. He has composed many pieces that have been played at the professional level. He has pieces published in TRN Music Publishers, Ludwig Music, Kendor, Tempo Press, and by Latham Music Publishers a Lorenz Company. He conducts two orchestras at Linn-Mar High School in Marion, Iowa: Concert Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra.[1] He is also a member of the American String Teachers Association and serves as Member at Large-East on the Iowa String Teacher's Association board.[2] He has won awards for his compositions, such as Boisterous Flight, which won the Texas Orchestra Directors Annual composition contest in 2005. He has taught at UNI, Coe College, and other places and currently teaches at Linn-Mar High School in Marion, Iowa.[3] He wrote the piece Eclipse.[4]
