Joshua Steinbock was a Tel Avivian architect designing in the International Style. He also edited several architecture journals, and contributed various terms to the evolving Hebrew language.[1]
Steinbock designed dozens of residential builds, banks and industrial buildings throughout Tel Aviv, along with schools, synagogues and private houses. Some of his designs include the Anglo-Palestine Bank and 123 Rothschild, made famous by its use as the fictional setting for the television series Krovim Krovim, 9 Vitek St.[1]
