Jou Okitsu

PFC Jou Okitsu was a Japanese-American soldier during WWII and winner of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star who served in the Japanese-American 442nd Regimental Combat Team.

Military Career

For successfully bringing medical aid to wounded comrades despite eventual capture, he was awarded the Bronze Star.
