Joy Lanzendorfer is an American novelist, journalist, and radio/podcast host. She is the author of the novel Right Back Where We Started From,[1] which was released by Blackstone Publishing in May 2021[2]. The novel explores female ambition and the American Dream[3]. Her work has appeared in publications including The New York Times, The Atlantic, NPR, The Washington Post, Smithsonian, and New York magazine. Lanzendorfer is also the host of the book-oriented radio show and podcast What's the Story? for KRSH FM 95.9.[4]
