Jozeff (born 25 February 1991, Harlow, Essex) is a British electronic musician and DJ.

Biography[edit]

Starting his career at age 18, Jozeff was producing a mixture of genres such as; Dubstep, Drum and Bass and Dance tracks. Born in Harlow, Essex, Jozeff's birthname was Joe Paul Rogers, in September 2015 he changed his name via Deed Poll to Jozeff Rogers. Even as a young boy, he always had an interest in all sorts of music. His influences were and still are from a large variety of artists like Bontan, Josh Butler, Green Velvet and Patrick Topping. Jozeff's production style can be also described as 'Deep Tech'.

On 25.05.2014 Jozeff played at Damyns Hall Aerodrome - WeAreFSTVL [1]

On 18.07.2015 he played at Lovebox Festival - (see line up 2015).[2]

In 2014 and 2015 Jozeff got involved with a Charity music festival in Hertfordshire called Cazfest. A family festival raising awareness for heart disease on young people. Jozeff and his brand managed and organised the official dance tent both years with support from Artful Dodger (UK Band) and other local artists.[3]

Tracks Played[edit]

Tracks played on BBC Introducing on BBC Essex over the span of a year. One of which chosen as 'Producers Pick'.[4]

He remixed a track called 'Blackstreet - No Diggity'. The track got a lot of attention and Chauncey Hannibal from Blackstreet stated the track was "dope".[5]

Jozeff also appeared on The Only Way Is Essex in 2014 on one episode as himself (DJ).[6]
