Jury voor Ethische Praktijken inzake reclame (Translated from Dutch: Jury for Ethical Practices on forms of advertisement) or in French: Jury d’Ethique Publicitaire, also known as JEP, is the self-regulating body of the advertising sector in Belgium. JEP was founded in 1974 by the non-profit association Raad voor de Reclame , an association of advertisers, advertising agencies and media, with the aim of promoting advertising to expand socially and economically.[1]

The organization is managed by a joint committee. Half of the members of the committee come from what the JEP calls 'civil organizations'. Out of this people are nominated by: Unia, Gezinsbond, Forum des Jeunes, The Shift, people selected from the King Baudouin Foundation, people from the academic world and scientific research. The other half of the members come from the advertising sector.

Consumers and advertisers can appeal to the JEP. Once a complaint is submitted to the JEP, it is handled by a team of two lawyers. In addition, the JEP can rely on external experts. There is the possibility to appeal against the decision of the committee of first instance. Advice from the JEP is not legally binding. However, in some infringements JEP can take judicial action and bring the case to court. The courts in Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
