Just A Dream is an American Progressive Metal band from San Antonio and formed in 2013.
Preceding[edit]
The band actually former by Zachary Holmes (lead vocals/Keyboards), Maxwell Holmes (guitar), Jeffery Dunn (guitar), Isaiah Segura (bass), Austin Blades (drums) worked on their first release under the War Horse Recording label, an independent seal owned by Chris Mora best known for being part of the metalcore band Darkness Divided[2].
Just a Dream has participated in several local festivals as Frontier Fest and Rock Box. The band has been collaborators to bands like Carnifex (band)[3], Darkness Divided[4], Scale the Summit and Born Of Osiris. Just a Dream were on tour for first time in 2014 and touring once at year since then.[5]
Influences[edit]
Just a Dream take influences by Between the Buried and Me, The Contortionist, Opeth who is being reflected in their studio album Finite / Unbound. Others artist which the band feels influenced are Steven Wilson and Radiohead.
