Juwad Asaad Rasol Shitnah, also known as Juwad Shitnah (Script error: The function "langx" does not exist., 4 October 1940 in Rawanduz – 24 May 1982 in Baghdad) was an Iraqi Kurdish regular military officer. He served as commander of the 3rd Armored Division during the Iran–Iraq War.[1]
Juwad was executed after being convicted of negligence after the Iraqi army defeat at Khorramshahr in 1982.[citation needed]
