Jyoti Magar is a Nepalese folk singer,[1] model and dancer.[2] She started her professional musical career in 2006.
Early life
Jyoti was born in a remote village of Rolpa District. Later, she lived in Dang as a student until she cleared her schooling.[3] At the age of 16, she started her first job as a folk singer in Kathmandu and continued that job for two and a half years. Later, she started singing songs for albums.[4]
