Kai Dahlhaus

Kai Dahlhaus was born on August 31, 1998, in Schorndorf, DE. He is a former top athlete and a triathlon world champion. Additionally, he is an international keynote speaker and the co-initiator and COO of Swiss Academy SACT AG, a communication company.[1]

Early life and sports[edit]

Dahlhaus grew up in Schorndorff, DE and started swimming as a hobby athlete for SG Schorndorf at an early age. At 17, he switched to triathlon at VFL Waiblingen and won the Baden-Württemberg championship in his first race.[2] Four years later, he became the AG 20-24 Triathlon World Champion and the overall winner at the Grand Final in Lausanne on 31 August 2019.[3] He competed as a professional athlete in the 1st Triathlon Bundesliga (Germany), one of the strongest triathlon leagues in the world, in 2020 and 2021.[4] However, at the end of 2021, he decided to end his career in professional sports due to his ambitions in keynote speaking.[5]

Education and career[edit]

Dahlhaus attended secondary school and technical high school, specializing in technology and management. He obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering (B.Eng.) with a focus on international technical sales from Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University between 2018 and 2021.

In 2021, he migrated to Lucerne in Switzerland and co-founded Swiss Academy SACT AG with CEO Simon Hofer and Stipan Krajinovic, a startup that currently ranks among the top communication companies in public, business, and sports.[1]

Dahlhaus underwent training by Simon Hofer and other renowned international keynote speakers, who became his mentors and introduced him to the secrets of international keynote speaking. He was signed on as one of the youngest keynote speakers at The Premium Speakers Agency, an internationally renowned speaker agency, in 2022.[6]

Currently, Dahlhaus works with Simon Hofer, Frank Asmus, and other renowned names in the industry as a coach and trainer in speaker training. He is highly involved in promoting the topic of healthy high-performance, drawing from his experience as a former top athlete. In his speeches and as a coach, he emphasizes that champions are made during breaks.[7]
