Kang Meng Fuat (Chinese: 简民发; pinyin: Jiǎnmínfā; born 4 March 1982) is a Malaysian politician. In 2014 he began serving as Political Secretary to the Minister of Transport Malaysia, YB Dato’ Sri Liow Tiong Lai, who is the President of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), a major component party of the ruling coalition, Barisan Nasional (BN). [1]

Kang is the Deputy Youth Chief for MCA Pandan Division, Selangor; Deputy Chief for National Youth Sports Bureau [2]and Committee Member, MCA Youth.[3][4]
