Karalyn Brown
Karalyn Brown is an Australian human resources industry professional, public speaker,[1] journalist, blogger, career media adviser[2] and founder of Interview IQ.[3][4]
Biography[edit]
A former HR and recruitment consultant and careers journalist, Brown is a business woman who established Interview IQ as a consulting company[5] and is the most connected Australian woman on LinkedIn.[6][7] Brown has headed up recruitment practices in the private sector and the managed the recruiting team for a NSW government utility.[8] Brown is career adviser to Australian Open Colleges[9] and a LinkedIn expert[10]

Brown is a regular contributor and media adviser in human resources articles field to BBC, ABC Online,[11] The Australian,[12] The Australian Financial Review[13][14] and The Sydney Morning Herald.[15] She is a regular guest in ABC Radio's PM and Nightlife programs since 2008.[16][17] Brown is a public speaker in recruitment and HR context in seminars and TV programs like Sky TV.[18] She has published the book, "What do Employers Really Want?" along with James Evangelidis containing a series of interviews with 25 employers in 15 industries.:[19]
